Group classes
Semi-private classes in small groups of up to 4 people, led by certified instructors. We work on strength, control, posture, and mobility through the Pilates method, adapting each exercise to your level for a conscious, safe, and effective workout.

Consult with a physiotherapist
Personalized initial assessment to understand your physical condition, posture, and any discomfort. Through this consultation, we identify needs, prevent injuries, and define the best path for your Pilates practice or recovery.

Wellness celebrations
Celebrations designed to get you moving, connecting, and enjoying yourself. We create wellness experiences that combine Pilates, a special atmosphere, and thoughtful touches to celebrate birthdays, farewells, or other special moments with a focus on well-being.

Studio rental
Rent our pilates studio for photography, brand experiences, or private classes. A fully equipped, welcoming space designed for mindful movement, ideal for instructors, brands, or special events.

Massages
Sessions focused on relieving tension, improving mobility, and promoting muscle recovery. An ideal complement to your Pilates practice and your overall well-being.

Personalized classes
One-on-one or private group classes, designed according to your goals and needs. Close and focused guidance to work on technique, strength, and control safely and effectively.

Presoterapia
A sequential compression treatment designed to stimulate the lymphatic system and improve circulation. Through controlled, rhythmic pressure, it helps reduce fluid retention, decrease swelling, and relieve the feeling of tired legs.
